Bilingual Content Producer （Mandarin）

We are looking for a Bilingual Creative Producer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resource needs for a successful project while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have extensive experience creating compelling content. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where they implement and execute efficient processes and deliver bar-raising marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develops creative and competitive content proposals, and ensures project feasibility

• Manage Campaign and Social Media Shoot Production for both photo and video content

• Independently completes production activities including creating production schedules, searching vendors, casting, booking talents, scouting locations, creating call sheets, and other related works

• Should be very confident booking and supervising sessions and be extremely detail-oriented throughout the project

• Clearly communicates timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals, and expectations with internal team members, external partners, and clients

• Facilitates content production, refines the workflow, and communicates with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure that the shooting is carried out according to plan

• Leads all video creative direction to accomplish video production objectives

• Oversees and supervises all production teams during pre-production, Ｏn site shooting, and post-production

• Consistently understands all projects' current state and what needs to happen next

• Has excellent negotiation experience (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and vendors in representing the agency

• Be able to manage all back-end work, such as cost tracking and management of invoices

• Attends regular meetings with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• Graduated from film and television related majors (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of production experience (portfolio is required)

• Experienced in shooting commercials is a plus

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) is required

• Strong knowledge of video production and feel very comfortable bidding, scheduling, and producing projects without supervision

• Excellent negotiation skills with vendors

• Resourceful, especially when it comes to choosing production partners (i.e. Production Houses, Casting Facilities, etc.)

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently, working under tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with ability to consistently display a professional demeanor, stay cool under pressure, and handle strong personalities

• Team player, collaborator, and open mind to finding efficient and effective ways to work with a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work across different time zones
