Join our dynamic production team as a full-time Content Production Assistant. based in Los Angeles, we are seeking an organized, motivated individual with strong communication abilities and a knack for problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the team to plan and execute content production, ensuring that the filming is carried out according to the plan

• Helps with coordinating film productions in both pre-production and Ｏn set during production

• Interacts with cross functional teams

• Supports producers with set, location, and casting logistics

• Assists creative producers with project deliverables as needed

• Provides administrative support as needed: filing documents, organizing Ｏn-set stills, etc.

• Communicates clearly between internal teams, and external partners to keep production schedule Ｏn time

• Takes direction and adheres to established production schedules to meet tight deadlines

• Liaises with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of production

• Additional duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Film and television related majors (preferred)

• 1-2 years experience in Production or Ｏn-set execution (preferred)

• Experience in social media management is a plus

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) is required

• Highly skilled in time-management, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organization

• Strong self-confidence with the ability to multitask and adapt based Ｏn production needs

• Extremely motivated with drive and follow-through skills

• Team player with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility

• Flexibility to work beyond the traditional 9-5 work schedule

• Ability to work across different time zones
