Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the implementation of the operation and management of the warehouse in Delaware, USA.
2. based Ｏn business requirements, formulate and optimize the work processes and operation norms of the warehousing business.
3. Participate in, guide and supervise the daily work of the warehouse to ensure safe operation, cost control, efficiency improvement, enhancement of customer experience, and guarantee of delivery timeliness and accuracy.
4. Be responsible for the team building and training of the warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of all overseas business activities.
5. Achieve the various KPI assessment targets and work arrangements assigned by the department and the company.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management;
3. More than 3 years of B2B warehouse working experience;
4. Proficient in English to meet the needs of daily work (listening, reading and writing without obstacles);
5. Skilled in office software, capable of meeting the job requirements.
