岗位职责

1. 负责现有量化做市系统的运行，故障处理，参数优化,
   2.对交易数据进行数据处理和分析，利用数理统计知识进行策略优化,
   3.设计回测框架，参与量化做市策略的设计、回测、模拟/实盘监控及归因分析,
   4.负责设计和执行金融衍生品的量化做市策略

岗位要求

1.    1.1年以上量化交易经验，有较强代码能力,精通python或C ,
   2.熟悉开源量化框架，擅长数据分析，精通科学计算框架（numpy，pandas等）,
   3.熟悉金融衍生品底层逻辑，对异常交易的风控处理和设置有一定经验
   4.独立开发并执行过量化交易实盘策略者优先
   5.数学，统计学或金融工程专业优先    Job Duties:
   ⚫ Price and trade derivatives across OTC and listed venues.
   ⚫ Risk a complicated and diverse portfolio of derivatives positions.
   ⚫ Make real-time trading decisions based Ｏn systematic signals.
   ⚫ Oversee and improve electronic execution of options with both pre and post trade analysis.
   ⚫ Work with research to back test and develop new trading strategies.    Requirements:
   ⚫ Familiar with open source quantitative framework, good at data analysis, proficient in scientific computing framework (numpy, pandas, etc.)
   ⚫ Familiar with the underlying logic of financial derivatives, and have some experience in the risk control handling and setting of abnormal transactions
   ⚫ Independent development and implementation of over-excess trading real-time strategies are preferred
