Operations Manager
Job Desc
1. Responsible for turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction and employee development of the stores in the area;
2. Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business indicators, effectively control the costs;
3. Responsible for operation management of the stores in the area, assist and guide material, equipment arrangement and other emergent issues;
4. Conduct regular store inspection, find problems, develop improvement plan, and supervise implementation.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. 5 years’ experience of chain enterprise, 3 years’ operation management experience in coffee, tea or new retail industry is preferred;
3. Excellent interpersonal and team work skills;
4. Quick learning ability and the capacity to guide others in work.
