Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the B-end resources cooperation, including resources expansion, exploration and evaluation of promotion resources, business negotiation, etc.;
2. Responsible for coming up with cooperation plan and strategies, maintaining long-term cooperate relationships with partners, and further expansion;
3. Internal communication, internal resources integration, complete the projects independently, projects whole-process management and result evaluation;
4. According to the monthly performance and cost control, evaluate various promotion resources, and optimize the operation strategy and KPI compliance plan for the next month;
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 1 year experience in market development related fields, and independent resources development and maintenance experience;
2. Proficient in the local language and familiar with the local Chinese family marketing;
3. Have good business communication skills, and outstanding logical thinking;
4. Good project planning, execution and resource coordination skills, able to promote the implementation of the project independently
5. Internet-related work experience, real estate, insurance, takeaway, education, group buying industry experience is preferred;
6. Need to be resident in the local area and be familiar with the local market.
