Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Desc
- Organize and plan comprehensive travel arrangements, meal reservations, and detailed itineraries business-related.
- Prepare for internal meetings; set up conference/video calls
- Organize, scan, and keep all files and contacts up to date
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Checking/Running through Emails
- Must be able to communicate with external suppliers and other agencies
- Submit travel and expense reimbursement for multiple executives Requirement
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines, goals, and/or time limitations
- Willing to learn and self-educate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Language
English and Mandarin preferred.
A valid Driver's License is a must.
Job Type: First 3 months part-time, and then if the candidate meets all requirements can choose to change to full-time.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
